Wufoo · Online Form Builder!

Wufoo · Online Form Builder! | Social media kitbag | Scoop.it
Wufoo's HTML form builder helps you create online web forms.
Use our web form creator to power your contact forms, online
surveys, and event registrations.
helpingmedia's insight:

From the site: "Wufoo is a web application that helps anybody build amazing online forms. When you design a form with Wufoo, it automatically builds the database, backend and scripts needed to make collecting and understanding your data easy, fast and fun."

Note: You are able to make three forms only with the free version but those forms will have limited functionality. I signed up and had a try and the free version seems to offer the basics needed to gather information. Upgrading to the paid version promises far more, but I have not tried that.  Any comments from people who have upgraded welcome.
