Great site for finding the contacts and stories about infulencial news makers. This could be an extremely useful tool for newsgathering and research.

Silobreaker aggregates news, blogs, research, audio, video and other digital media content from global news, shared, user generated and open access sources around the world.

This looks like a great tool for planning a journalistic project. From the site's blurb "Create and share Gantt charts online with Tom's Planner Gantt chart software. Project Planning Software with drag and drop simplicity." I have been playing with it and it is neat.

I reckon this could be useful for collaboration around stories and for newsgathering. I've just signed up and had a play. You can add notes, articles, links. Might be useful for researching a story.
