Same can be said for learning as well, we track a lot in LMS's but are we measuring what matters? Have we defined, and agreed upon, the metrics that will help the business and the performance of the community we serve? Delete the scoop?

Does Klout, or other reputation based platforms really make a difference for your business?
The scoring is yet not divided by theme, but if i could talk to all klout+65 in energy, that would be awesome, and had a lot of value.
Still, it has some value today already.
