From a larger perspective, we should realize that Employee Engagement is just one of the powerful drivers for organizational improvement; process and operations improvement, strategic alignment/clarity of purpose, and agility and flexibility (to drive and respond to change) also are additional critical forces for improving organizational effectiveness.
