BAZAAR's trend-setting beauty predictions for the new year.

I was aware of the ubiquitous existence of blow-out bars (a.k.a. "blow bars" -- specializing in blow-drying hair straight), brow bars, acne skin bars, and other beauty bars. For those of you not acquainted with these trendy bars, let me explain. They are cropping around all over the east and west coast, specialize in one type of service, and are usually really good at it.
