I could see that Lithium as a provider of a community platform, would integrate Klout in order to provide better data on community members and influencers. I would hope that the influx of investment dollars would help Klout clean up their algorithm. What do you think?

It's been some time since I have written about Klout, and there still seems to be a lot of misunderstandings about it even after it being around for a while.

Any social media tool introduced will be manipulated for whatever purposes the user can find. Klout is no different. We need to get real about social media and the more people who settle in and used the tools reasonably, the better it will be.

I loved this article about creativity and workspace. Most interesting was the amount of ambient noise that is helpful. Get this, Bell Bethe Cooper, author, says " that when it comes to being distracted by the conversations of others, phone calls where we can only hear one side of the conversation are the worst offenders."

82% of people find overhearing cellphone conversations annoying,  Best take away were the 6 ambient noise apps.
