We make a daily 4 quart pot of sliced ginger which we then use for tea as well as flavored water for our coffee, rice and oatmeal.

if my workout is intense&over 2 hrs I would drink watered down juice. Otherwise it is water- before w/ coffee 1st, ,water only  during&after. Eat lean protein&smart complex carbs within an hour after your training session-
