  • What type of content does my audience find appealing?
  • What format of content is best consumed, engaged with, and shared by my audience?"

Connecting with your customer is really as simple as 1,2,3,4. It may seem like I'm being flip but I assure your I'm not. Just remember Listen, Engage, Measure and Learn as the four steps to successful social engagement.


LEML should be tattooed to your desk top or maybe your refrigerator. My favorite in the bunch are numbers 1 and 2, Listen and Engage. So jump in, the Social Engagement water is fine...
