Life for a small business owner is becoming more complex, employee problems only increase as staff numbers grow, and the costs of doing business seem to be continually heading in just one direction.

In reaction to the current business environment, many business owners have now discovered the benefits of outsourcing, whilst others either don't realise the benefits, or are unsure about how to proceed to take advantage of all of the outsourcing opportunities that are now available to them.

This excellent article, suggests that outsourcing is a great way for businesses to keep costs down during the current economic climate, and it identifies eight functions that can be easily outsourced and provides a guide business owners can use to evaluate potential outsourcing services before taking the leap to outsourcing.

Jeremy Barton's curator insight, October 31, 2013 3:49 AM

This something all SME's should be thinking about every day.

Owners and entrepreneurs do not have enough time to do all the things they need to do grow their businesses.
