The traits laid out in this article are very familiar....I know many, many Airmen and AFSOC/SOF teammates that fit this precisely.  Look no further than our military to see some of the strongest people you will ever meet.  I would also offer that if you looked at great and successful organizations and corporations in the private sector, you will find this to be true of their standout employees and leaders as well.  Resilient people have a way of atrracting followers.  Building and demonstrating resiliency is truly a sign of a strong leader.

Affective business mindsets are set on one thing and that is to succeed in whatever they do. That is why they come up with new ways to implement new strategies in the marketplace by going over the swot analysis every day business people can forecast what needs to be done next in there  business endeavors and that is finding out what their strength is their weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. And develop strategies from those things to take them to the next level by learning from your mistakes you'll find that being a student of life is a worthwhile thing because the greatest teacher is your experience in the business industry that's why there is more self-made millionaires in this country we call the United States of America. That is why we are at a constant renewal of our strength weaknesses opportunities and threats. We have to realize that this is our school of thought and it also is our teacher in life when we can implement strategies in the marketplace or any industry like financing, marketing, demographics and we  make a mistake we don't need to lose hope we go back and correct those things that we've done in the first place once we accomplished and corrected the problem that adds to our strength and opportunities and gives us an opportunity to serve our customers well but the greatest opportunity we have is to trust we have for each other and that's the greatest thing in our business endeavor is to have people trust us because if you do not have trust you don't have nothing and that's a lonely road.
