When all is said and done, businesses generally end up with the employees they deserve, and if your employees are helpless in your eyes, then there is a far chance that you may have caused them to be so inclined.
If you need your employees to have a can do attitude, and who are prepared to tackle any problem or overcome any challenge, then you need to create the environment in which such employees thrive.
