2nd Grade (Mrs. Rosenberg's Class) Tellagami Videos: Jan Brett Character Project | Padlet

2nd Grade (Mrs. Rosenberg's Class) Tellagami Videos: Jan Brett Character Project | Padlet | SLS Cool Tools | Scoop.it
Students worked in partners with a classmate to chose a picture book by Jan Brett. After reading their books, we learned about internal and external character traits and they chose a charcter to focus on from their story. We used a free app called Tellagami to record 30 sec. videos about a one character from each of our books. Students were asked to talk about their character's internal traits or personality. They were also asked to draw a picture of their character to show what their character's external traits are or how they look on the outside. They all did an amazing job! Enjoy!
pollyalida's insight:

Great idea here to use tellegami to have students present short book talks. And handy way to display them using padlet.
