Whether you're studying, prepping a lecture, or just need to focus on something, you should know about some of these secrets to staying motivated. Having dreams and goals is not enough to attain success. You need to stay motivated constantly to reach the finish line. Like life, success in your profession also involves a lot of obstacles and struggling phases. However, you need to keep moving on and not give up. Motivation is the best option to kick-start, continue pursuing and reach your ultimate goal. You need to stay motivated while pursuing your goals to enjoy abundance. Self-motivation is better than any motivation. Instead of looking for motivation elsewhere, get self-motivated.

When educators hear the terms flipped classroom and flipped learning, typically the first thing they think of is a teacher-created video that students watch at home, as though that were the essential ingredient. It's not. Flipped learning is not about how to use videos in your lessons. It's about how to best use your in-class time with students. That insight is causing educators in classrooms from kindergarten to college to reevaluate how they teach.

Back in 2007, two high school science teachers in Woodland Park, CO, decided to try a “crazy idea.” “We said, ‘What if we stopped lecturing and committed all our lectures to videos?’” says Jon Bergmann, now the lead technology facilitator at the Joseph Sears School in Kenilworth, IL. He and fellow educator Aaron Sams posted their short films—15 to 20 minutes long—for students to watch at home. (Parents could also look and say, “Oh, I see how the teacher wants it done!” says Bergmann.)

"...Much like physical obesity, information obesity presents a complex set of causes and solutions, rather than embracing the computational linearity of overload. This humanized way of thinking about the topic of information consumptionallows for a different approach in finding sustainable solutions to the problem at hand, of which information overload is only one factor..."
