Increasing productivity means you get more with what you have. That's why I love improving efficiency so much. It does the same thing!

 

This article outlines 6 steps business owners and managers can take to do just that: do more with what thay have. And, I'm a bit torn...is #3 or #6 my favorite? They are both highly impacting, and I believe they are often overlooked.
