Setting goals is crucial to any project or endeavor. The problem with goals is that most people don’t write them down and don’t create a plan of action to achieve the goals set forth. There is no accountability or roadmap. The end result tends to be that goals become only dreams and then you wake up without them.

Everybody has personal goals that they want to accomplish in their lifetime. A "bucket list" is a great way to write all of your goals down on a sheet of paper.  Now skydiving is an example of a bucket list item someone may have, but thanks to this re-posted blog by Deborah Fike (www.thechangeblog.com), she gives us five items that should be on everyone's bucket list.

Instead of a 'bucket' list, DESIRE list sounds much better! When you think about such a list, aren't the things included truly that which is desired but not yet achieved?

In an age of soaring corporate profits and bloated CEO salaries it may seem like fantasy for a company to put charity before profit. In this Breakout profile, we meet TOMS. On the surface they look like just another trendy footwear company, but for every pair of shoes TOMS sells, a pair gets donated to a kid in need. Last month, after less than seven years in business, they donated their ten millionth pair.
