This tool should be useful to encourage students to read any sort of text that they come across during their surfing time. The main purpose is being able to  translate unknown words as you hover over them.  The CEFR has been used to grade texts according to difficulty. It has also a few handy features such as the possibility of making flashcards to help memorise vocabulary plus quick & easy access to wordreference.
