5 Ways to Turn Twitter into Your Most Powerful Social Media Tool | Share Some Love Today | Scoop.it

What do you use as your daily Social Media dashboard every day?

Most likely not Twitter.com I am guessing.

Yet, in recent months, there were a great number of browser extensions released, specifically for Twitter.com. They help you create a much greater experience right inside Twitter.com.

What I like best about this is that you are in charge regarding how many bells and whistles you are adding. You can basically fully customize your own Social Media dashboard.

So here are my top 5 finds you can use to make Twitter.com a truly powerful Social Media tool for you:...

How to Believe You Can Do Anything

How to Believe You Can Do Anything | Share Some Love Today | Scoop.it

The phrase “You can do it if you just believe” has become so watered down to the point that people just roll their eyes when they hear it. They’ve tried it and it just doesn’t work for them.

Here are just a few quotes on the subject.

“To succeed, we must first believe that we can.” - Michael Korda

“Your belief determines your action and your action determines your results, but first you have to believe.” -Mark Victor Hansen

“Don't limit yourself. Many people limit themselves to what they think they can do. You can go as far as your mind lets you. What you believe, remember, you can achieve." - Mary Kay Ash

“You have to believe in yourself” – Sun Tzu

“Believe that you will succeed, and you will." - Dale Carnegie

“Whatever the mind of man can conceive and believe, he can achieve.” – Napoleon Hill

Notice how they are all saying essentially the same thing, that if you believe it, you can do it.
Well, let me just say I wholeheartedly agree, but I think they left out one very important part and that is:

How do you believe?

The Transition From Negative to Positive

The Transition From Negative to Positive | Share Some Love Today | Scoop.it

Our subconscious mind is an amazing and almost magical tool of our body. One can influence the quality of life just by believing in yourself and thinking positively. Positive thinking gives you strength, hope, faith, confidence, contentment and peace. It does take some amount of effort to inculcate a positive approach in your life, but once you do life’s perception changes forever.

Here are some ways to identify negative traits in your daily life:

-Exactitude – If you are a perfectionist yourself, then stop expecting people or life as a whole to be perfect or according to your expectations. A perfectionist tends to set idealistic goals and always is dissatisfied even if a small thing goes off beam, this encourages pessimism.

Some Thoughts on Social Networking

Some Thoughts on Social Networking | Share Some Love Today | Scoop.it

By way of giving advice and/or comparing notes with other bloggers who use them, I thought last night I'd write some thoughts on some of the big social-networking sites: which ones I use, and which ones I get the most benefit from.

First up, there's my new account on Twitter. Yes, I resisted joining Twitter for a long time, and the thing that still bothers me most about it is the same thing that kept me from signing up originally: the 140-character limit makes it almost impossible to have a real conversation.

That said, I've found Twitter unexpectedly useful in a different way: I find I'm often using it as a scratchpad - for bookmarking links to stories I want to write about, or for quickly jotting down ideas that work their way into posts later.

6 On-Page SEO Strategies That’ll Boost Your Rankings

6 On-Page SEO Strategies That’ll Boost Your Rankings | Share Some Love Today | Scoop.it

If you’ve been around the SEO world for any amount of time, then you are probably pretty familiar with the basics of SEO. You know to do good keyword research and you have to do on-page optimization.

Sometimes, though, that on-page optimization can go to a deeper level than just making sure your meta tags are filled out… and you can go to that deeper level without having to be a veteran SEO.

Here’s how:

Tactic #1: Search for synonyms using Google

The use of synonyms in creating an SEO plan for your blog or website is pretty common. Finding those synonyms is not always easy or done properly.

I think the best way to search for these terms is to use Google. The reason is you get to see not only the synonyms but how they are ranking in competitors pages....
