Strangers are judged on the depth of their skills and experiences and their presentation skills. To get a better job, job seekers need to be sure they're evaluated like acquaintances. Demonstrating your Leadership Fractal is the key to pulling it off. And if you have it, it won't be much of a problem to prove it.
