"Government in Action (GinA) is an online multiplayer game where high school and college students can roleplay as a member of Congress while exploring the ins and outs of the American government system.
When students log on to the game, they become a character in the House of Representatives. Their goal is to maximize Political Capital, while simultaneously balancing the need to achieve re-election every 2 years with having success in Washington D.C. Students have limited resources to spend, and cooperation with other players is crucial to finding success in the game.
"Government in Action is one of three “Practice” products, a new line of 3D, multiplayer learning games sponsored by McGraw-Hill Education and designed by education gaming company Muzzy Lane Software. It is accessible online through McGraw-Hill Connect or directly throughwww.mhpractice.com. Pricing may vary; participating schools/institutions can purchase access to the game for their students by contacting their local McGraw-Hill representative."
