Usine Hollyhock provides 6 different sampler modules each with their own characteristics. All samplers can handle signals anywhere from Mono to 64 channels of recording/playback, and can load several formats such as mp3, wav, aif, and aiff audio files.
If you use samples in your music production, our granular samplers will offer you lot of new possibilities. Controlling speed and grain size parameters will open new worlds of sound design.
Olivier Sens experiment here the DMX possibilities of his software Usine Hollyhock. Using a patch named Arpix, based on a physical engine, each balls run a light event. Then he use a Leap Motion to control different parameters of the lights, like dimmer, gobo and zoom.
