Ashleigh Doherty's insight:

This website talks about effectiive decsion making and how we are influenced. I found it interesting that it gave you 7 steps for decision making, although it was interesting I feel like it could be effective because it makes you think through your decision and the pro's and cons before you make it. It also makes you aware of your influences before making the decision such as have you been pressured to do this or are you making the decision for you or someone else. It goes into more details about each step so I found this to be quite usuful and something to think about when making decisions.

Ashleigh Doherty's insight:

This webpage is a campaign to raise funds and awareness for HIV/ AIDS testing in third world countries.  I felt that this webpage was a great influence to other campaigners as what he will do is rowing from place to place and create awareness in well developed countries.

The reason I choice it was because he is an insipration and he is raising awareness for a disease that isn't that well know or cared about as it is not common in well developed countries.
