Visual content has always reigned supreme. However, with shorter attention spans and a deluge of content, it's getting more and more difficult to be seen.


That doesn't mean that you cannot do it. For example, a great way to achieve success is to hit your audience with a bang. Short videos can help tremendously.


This article is great because it presents some well-chosen case studies. My favorite one is trend #1. I watch BBC News' Instafaxes on Instagram every day and love how succinct and yet thorough the team can be in 15 seconds.

The problem with "faking" as a branding or marketing strategy is that it eventually dilutes or negatively impacts your brand or reputation or worse. A great brand is honest, true and trustworthy.
