Article intéressant. C'est ce que nous avons observé dans notre siège social. Conçu pour produire plus d'énergie qu'il n'en consomme sur la base d'une température de 20°, l'immeuble consomme en réalité plus que l'étude. Cela est principalement dû au confort souhaité par les salariés sédentaires (22°). Les études doivent intégrer dès maintenant les comportements observés, tout particulièrement s'agissant des immeubles tertiaires.
