#Scuba Diver Dies off Nanoose Bay | CTV Vancouver Island

"In the early evening of November 2nd, two scuba divers struggled to get to the shore of Nanoose Bay’s Dolphin Beach. One of them had trouble breathing and needed emergency aid. A doctor who was walking nearby stopped to help. He performed CPR but it was too late, the diver died. Emergency crews were called in."
