Nutrition is 75% of athletes performance.  Individuals cannot perform at a high level if they are malnourished.  By combining the right foods at the right time players are now able to sustain that high level for longer periods.

Hardin-Simmons athletic director John Neese has named Kade Cole as the new strength and conditioning coach for the 18 HSU athletic programs.

Hardin-Simmons hires new strength and conditioning coach who is motivated and eager to turn all 18 of their programs around.  Kade Cole who is a recent graduate of East Central University in Oklahoma, says he will use his god given talents to turn the page for this program.
