In the spring of 2011, Forsyth County Schools partnered with Dekalb Office to create a prototype for future media centers. The prototype was completed at Lambert High School. A goal of this project is to envision media centers for use in the 21st century where paper-based resources are not the predominant tool in a media center. Space to collaborate and work on projects has become the most important aspect of the 21st century media center.

Portuguese School Libraries Network as also produced guidelines for SL facilities (2008) in lower grades schools (basic: primary - K-10 http://www.rbe.min-edu.pt/np4/194.html , and 10-15 years old students http://www.rbe.min-edu.pt/np4/195.html) as well as in high/secondary schools http://www.rbe.min-edu.pt/np4/100.html You can always use translation tools, or... start to learn portuguese, one of the more spoken languages on Earth!
