Teenage Parents and Their Educational Attainment

The Purpose of the Texas Comprehensive Center is to provide technical assistance and support to the Texas Education Agency to assure Texas has an education system with the capacity and commitment to eliminate achievement gaps and enable all students to achieve at high levels.

This gave me some insight for our program. Perhaps transportation would do more than onsite childcare.

It is more recently evaluated that school based child care has been more costly than the possible benefits have been realized. Basically, it has not paid off and in some cases has been a detriment. However, I think this article still has some good points.
