Despite a $500,000 bounty having been placed by ISIS on his head, Abu Shuja continues to risk his life saving Iraqi Yazidi women and children from Islamic State captivity. “Victims of ISIS” is the story of Shuja and those he freed as told to RT documentary.

Libya: The Return of Jamahiriya *When sharing, please copy/paste the following translation.
"In Libya plunged into chaos and civil war, a channel broadcasting on satellite Nilesat announces the return of the symbols of Jamahiriya (state of the masses) of the former country's strongman, Colonel Muammar Gaddafi, who was murdered in October 2011 by the NATO forces.
AKH TV, formerly known under the acronym of TV Green (Green TV in allusion to the old flag of Libya until 2011) and before the 2011 war Al-Jamahiriya TV, has studios in Libya and transmits on Nilesat (7 degrees West), 10815 frequency.
The channel broadcasts programs where the two rival Libyan governments in open war, are qualified usurpers supported either by "February terrorists" (referring to the insurgents of February 17, 2011, the start of the war in Libya) or by ISIS terrorists. The former French President Nicolas Sarkozy is no exception. He is routinely labeled a terrorist ally of the forces of evil and destruction.
The return of this channel is nothing trivial. When the Libyan government based in Tobruk announces to the world that more than ISIS 5000 fighters are in Libya and that the parent organization in Iraq-Syria ordered all ISIS fighters in the Levant to withdraw to Libya in order to avoid the Russian steamroller, former supporters of the old regime assemble their forces, aided by a vast feeling of sympathy in large tribes.
Many Libyan regret the old regime and the Libyan official delegations did not hesitate to fly the green flag, putting in trouble a neighboring host countries.
It is emphasized that the long besieged city of Bani Walid in Libya is still under the government of the former regime, wearing the green flags and defended by a military force that could defeat several offensives by the rival city of Misrata."
While Russia is fighting ISIL in Syria, Turkey is fighting... Russia? The Russian Su-24 military aircraft that crashed in Syria earlier in the day was downed by an air-to-air missile from a Turkish plane, Russia's President Vladimir Putin said Tuesday, describing the incident as a "stab in the back."
Turkey says two of its F-16 fighters shot down a jet that had crossed into Turkey and then crashed in Syria:
Two Turkish F-16's shot down a Russian-made SU-24 jet on Nov. 24 near the Syrian border after it violated Turkish airspace, presidential sources said.
Turkey shot down the jet after it failed to heed the warnings within the rules of engagement.
Initial reports said the jet belonged to Russia, but presidential sources later clarified that the jet's nationality was unknown.
The Turkish Armed Force also stated that the jet of “unknown nationality” had been warned 10 times in five minutes about its violation of the border.
Meanwhile, a Turkish official told Reuters that two warplanes approached Turkish border and were warned before one of them was shot down.
The jet was Russian SU-24. One pilot was killed and the body is in the hands of "rebels". At the of a video the "rebels" made of the dead pilot they call themselves "mujahideen". One picture shows the body with two bullet holes in the chests suggesting that he was illegally executed. A rebel source claims that he was shot while parachuting from the burning plane. That is a war crime under the Geneva Convention. A second pilot was probably wounded but was said to have landed somewhere in Syrian army covered territory. The search for him is ongoing.
Russia's official version of the incident is remarkably different from Turkey's:
Today an aircraft from the Russian air group in the Syrian Arab Republic crashed on the territory of Syria supposedly shot down from the ground.
The aircraft was flying at the altitude of 6 000 metres. The status of the Russian pilots is being defined.
According to the preliminary data, the pilots managed to eject from the warplane.
The circumstances of the crash are being defined.
During all the flight time, the aircraft was flying only within the borders of the Syrian territory. That was registered by objective monitoring data.
The Russian version leaves it open who shot the plane down. Is that meant to deescalate?
Turkey claims that the red line here shows the flightpath of the Russian plane.
Customs brokers are now disengaged in the clearance of goods from Turkey, told the radio station "Moscow speaking" about an unspoken ban on TCF imports of goods from that country. One of the interlocutors of the radio station that is engaged in the import of products said, in an interview to "Moscow speaking", that today they did not accept the customs Declaration for the issue of Turkish goods of all categories and recommend the carriers to issue a re-export. "Any kind of official paper was not shown to anybody, but the point is that for the goods today, the Turkish issue was impossible. The machine that is used is slowing down, and for those that already arrived, a re-export was issued. The goods that arrived by air, are also experiencing the same problem," the source added. Source in the Federal customs service said to "Moscow speaking" that the customs officers gave the order of 100% screening of cargo from Turkey, and then to leave them at the warehouse of temporary storage. We are talking about all types of transportation.
Let's cut to the chase. The notion that Turkey's downing of a Russian Su-24 by a made in USA F-16 was carried out without either a green light or at least pre-arranged "support" from Washington invites suspension of disbelief.
The navigator of the Russian Su-24 shot down by a Turkish fighter jet on Tuesday insists that his plane did not cross into Turkey’s airspace, and says he was given no visual or radio warning before being fired at.
Despite demands from France's Hollande, America's Obama, and NATO's Stoltenberg that this situation not esclate, it appears Putin is not taking the shooting down of a fighter jet lying down. The seemingly cagey confirmation by NATO and Obama of Turkey's claims that Russia invaded its airspace has been rebuked by Russia which claims the Hmeimim airbase radar shows the attacking Turkish plane violating Syrian airspace. In response, Russia is moving a Cruiser 'Moskva' off the coast to strengthen air-defenses - just as French and US carriers are on their way.
Turkish intelligence chief: Putin's intervention in Syria is against Islam and international law, ISIS is a reality and we are optimistic about the future
Ankara--- Hakan Fidan, the head of Turkey's National Intelligence Organization, known by the MİT acronym, has drawn a lot of attention and criticism for his controversial comments about ISIS.
Mr. Hakan Fidan, Turkish President's staunchest ally, condemned Russian military intervention in Syria, accusing Moscow of trying to 'smother' Syria's Islamist revolution and serious breach of United Nations law.
“ISIS is a reality and we have to accept that we cannot eradicate a well-organized and popular establishment such as the Islamic State; therefore I urge my western colleagues to revise their mindset about Islamic political currents, put aside their cynical mentalité and thwart Vladimir Putin's plans to crush Syrian Islamist revolutionaries,” - Anadolu News Agency quoted Mr. Fidan as saying on Sunday.
Fidan further added that in order to deal with the vast number of foreign Jihadists craving to travel to Syria, it is imperative that ISIS must set up a consulate or at least a political office in Istanbul. He underlined that it is Turkey’s firm belief to provide medical care for all injured people fleeing Russian ruthless airstrikes regardless of their political or religious affiliation.
Recently as the fierce clashes between Russian army and ISIS terrorists are raging across the war-torn Syria, countless number of ISIS injured fighters enter the Turkish territory and are being admitted in the military hospitals namely those in Hatay Province. Over the last few days, the Syrian army with the support of Russian air cover could fend off ISIS forces in strategic provinces of Homs and Hama.
Emile Hokayem, a Washington-based Middle East analyst said that Turkey's Erdoğan and his oil-rich Arab allies have dual agendas in the war on terror and as a matter of fact they are supplying the Islamist militants with weapons and money, thus Russian intervention is considered a devastating setback for their efforts to overthrow Syrian secular President Assad.
Following today’s news that Turkey has shot a Russian Sukhoi Su-24 attack aircraft out of the sky, NATO ministers, former and current US government officials, and the wondrously pliable American punditocracy immediately began circling the wagons, pointing the finger of blame for the incident at R...
Russia’s intervention in Syria has derailed US regime-change efforts aimed at Damascus. It also threatens America’s secondary objective of dividing and destroying Syria as a functioning, unified nation-state. Long sought after “buffer zones” also…
Turkey and the rebels it backs northern Syria had the right to defend themselves against Russian airstrikes, State Department spokesman told reporters. The rebels reportedly killed one Russian pilot who ejected from the jet hit by a Turkish missile.
France and the US called on Turkey and Russia to avoid escalation following the downing of the Russian bomber by Turkey on Tuesday. All countries should work together against ISIS, Presidents Obama and Hollande said, following a meeting in Washington.
