La principale fonction de l'entretien est de valider le fit entre la personnalité du candidat et celle de l'équipe qu'il va intégrer, au delà même de ses compétences. Aujourd'hui (même avant) on ne cherche plus un match parfait en se basant sur l'expertise du candidat mais bel et bien en fonction de ses motivation et de sa personnalité. Pour mieux connaitre les différents traits de personnalité d'une personne, on peut être un expert en psychologie, en PNL, connaitre l'ennéagramme,  ou faire des test de personnalités à rallonge comme le MBTI. Mais pour les autres qui veulent aller droit au but facilement, il y a ces 7 questions!
