1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 scoop protein powder (plain or vanilla)


For the Blueberry Topping
1 cup frozen blueberries
2 Tablespoons honey

#HealthyRecipe / Vanilla Spiked Protein Pancakes | Rezepte | Scoop.it

Ingredients -
3 eggs
1/2 cup cottage cheese
2 Tablespoons of milk
1 teaspoon of coconut oil, melted and cooled
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/4 cup wholewheat pastry flour (regular plain or oat flour will also work)
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
a pinch of salt
Optional but recommended for serving -
Strawberries, bananas and maple syrup or toppings of choice.
Peanut butter (or any nut butter really), 100% fruit strawberry jam, Greek yoghurt, honey any and all of these would be ah-mazing on these pancakes.
