Online reviews matter!  How are consumers supposed to choose between the companies featured in this YouTube video?

 

Customer reviews are really the online way of people spreading their word-of-mouth opinions.  And we know that word-of-mouth is the best way to make a sale.  Because customer feedback persuades people to make buying decisions.

 

Take Coke vs. Pepsi, for example.  You either prefer one or the other.  But the only way, the only way, you may ever change you mind (or your taste buds) for that matter, is if you are persuaded by the testimonial of someone you know.  (Perhaps the person you live with only buys 1 of the 2!) 

 

Remember Beyonce's contract with Pepsi?  Of course you do.  Her deal with Pepsi is the ultimate customer review.  Beyonce = customer review.

 

Of course we don't know what Beyonce really thinks (maybe she does prefer Pepsi.....) but this is an example of how powerful online reviews can be!  And it's obvious the deal was super lucrative for Beyonce!

Hats off to Apple for curbing a company who orchestrated the posting of 15,000 fraudulent reviews!

 

This occurrence is ludicrous and to any company taking part in these practices...SHAME ON YOU.

 

Revenue 'N' Reviews does not believe in such trickery.  I enjoy reading reviews myself and would not want to be led astray by somebody else's garbage review.

 

Revenue 'N' Reviews believes in supporting businesses who want to help spread the word about their awesome products and services.  Much like advertisements such as commercials and print flyers, reviews are another way for individuals to learn about your product or service on a more personal level.

 

Companies who take the time to pay attention to their customer feedback are paying attention to the life blood of their business and that says a lot about a business.
