Overall, marketing automation users report an 87% average rate of satisfaction with the system they use, signaling high fulfillment of requirements relative to other enterprise software categories. Helping to bolster that overall score is marketers' satisfaction with their systems' email marketing functionality — on average also 87% and the highest score for any feature set.
