Calm.com offers beautiful live digital scenes which you can choose from and a 2 minute guided meditation to set your mind, body and soul at ease. It has a great app for your smart phone to do on the go.

This 2 minute mediation could be a great resource in those moments when we become emotionally highjacked and so full of negative emotion that it feels like we can't even breathe.

There is a great app for smartphones.

May you be at ease and calm. Amy Fuller Phd

Solo attraverso un maggior silenzio riusciamo a ritrovare la serenitá!

John Michel's curator insight, August 1, 2013 8:32 AM

Over the years, perhaps without your conscious knowledge, you have adopted some serious self-limiting beliefs that have secretly sabotaged your best efforts of personal growth.  If you pay close attention to your self-talk, these beliefs will reveal themselves in the form of excuses.  What you need to do is catch yourself in the act and replace these excuses with positive alternatives.

Garth Sanginiti's curator insight, August 4, 2013 1:56 PM

I like the insight and practicality of these suggestions.  We are never too old, there is nothing from our past, and there isn't any challenge or obstacle that can truly prevent us from making a difference in the world.  It comes down to what we choose to believe about our selves and how we show up in the world every day.  Choose wisely!
