There must be something to this mindfulness; it keeps showing up in number business related articles. All humor aside, mindfulness needs to be a tool in the basic leadership toolkit. The biggest hurdle for my coaching clients is to let go of the the thought, "I'm not getting to what is important by sitting still!" After a few weeks they typically say, I'm really getting to what matters most."
