GroupM et Solocal Network, entité de Solocal Group dédiée aux grands comptes, publient leur 1er observatoire du parcours d'achat.


Selon cette étude réalisée en mars dernier, 80% des consommateurs effectuent des recherches en ligne avant d'acheter en point de vente (ROPO ou Research Online Purchase Offline) et surtout 65% d'entre eux déclarent le faire plus souvent qu'avant.


Lors d'un achat ROPO, il se passe en moyenne 7,5 jours entre le début de la prise d'information et l'acte d'achat.
