La demora regulatoria -el gobierno lleva ya más de un año dándole vueltas al balance neto- no puede con el "autoconsumo sin", que presenta cada vez más ejemplos en tiempo presente por toda la geografía española. Esta vez, la instalación solar forovoltaica (FV) está situada en Pontevedra, concretamente en el Cámping Playa América (término municipal de Nigrán), y tiene una potencia de 17 kW nominales. La brutal deriva del precio de la electricidad, que se ha incrementado en un 70% en los últimos cuatro años, hace cada vez más atractivo -por los ahorros que entraña- el autoconsumo, que sigue no obstante en cierta medida maniatado por el gobierno, que tiene congelado el real decreto ley del balance neto.

 

El Ministerio de Industria considera que el autoconsumo es total cuando “la energía producida se consume íntegramente en la red interior a la que se conecta la instalación” y considera que el autoconsumo es parcial cuando “parte de la energía generada no se consume en la red interior y se vuelca a la red de distribución”. Es una perogrullada, o a lo mejor no, pero, en todo caso, es lo que dice el Ministerio de Industria, que es un organismo del Gobierno de España. Además, el Ministerio de Industria dice también que “el marco normativo actual permite realizar instalaciones destinadas a producción para autoconsumo total o parcial de la energía, de forma totalmente legal, existiendo numerosas referencias en toda la normativa de aplicación, incluida la Ley 54/1997 del sector eléctrico”. O sea, que el autoconsumo es "totalmente legal".
