Siomai (shaumai, shumai, siumai) is one of my favorite finger food that is a popular dumplings from China and nowadays it has many variety like pork, shrimp and beef and I have created my own recipe using my favorite Broccoli and I called it Siomai Broccoli. I came out with this idea while looking for a new vegetarian recipe and since I like Broccoli because it taste like chicken meat and you can even enjoy it with just garlic and butter I tried making my own version of my other favorite food, the Siomai. I added shrimp with my recipe that is why it is not a vegetarian recipe anymore but still it is made of vegetable and shrimp is healthy and unnoticeable when cooked unlike other type of meat. I have no idea on what will be the taste when I am done cooking this recipe that is why I also made two version, the steamed and the fried one. Unexpectedly my brothers and sisters loved how the taste came out, there
Spring roll is one of my favorite finger food, the one that is made from ground pork is the most I like but spring roll comes in many variety, like the ground pork, some use fish too and also the ham and cheese which is the cheapest and easiest to prepare but I found one hot recipe that is best for drinking sessions and also for hot and spicy food lover out there. This is the Dynamite Spring Roll or you can call it the Hot and Spicy Spring Roll. Why it is called Dynamite Spring Roll ? Simply because it looks so yummy and delicious but once it get on your mouth for sure your taste bud will explode - on the contrary not really to explode - but the taste of the long green pepper will give you some sensational feeling - hot and spicy. Just imagine the exploding taste of hot and spiciness of the spring roll. So no other word can describe it but the "Dynamite Spring Roll".
