The special rapporteur on human rights travels to Burma to investigate camps for the displaced in Rakhine and Kachin states.
Sjoerd van Grootheest's insight:

"The UN considers the Rohingyas to be one of the world's most persecuted minorities." Although UN pays attention, the Burmese government seems hestitant to intervene and make way with policies and actions to better the Rohingyas' conditions. One begins to wonder who the 2012 semi-democratic system is to benefit.
