Labour And Conservatives Turn On SNP Deputy Leader | Referendum 2014 |

What will strike many people in Scotland about this is not the pettiness - we're accustomed to that from the "opposition" at Holyrood - nor the fact that SNP spokespersons are held to a higher standard than their counterparts in the old parties - to a certain extent, at least, that is right and proper. What will strike people is the ease with which British Labour & Unionist Party politicians slip into cosy partnership with their supposed rivals in the British Conservative & Unionist Party.

Many will be reminded of Orwell's Animal Farm and the way in which the new bosses gradually become indistinguishable from the old bosses.
