There are times when every business is going through a restructure. Some companies seem to do this every few years, some every year, and some seem to be undergoing one eternal restructure!

 

Have you ever noticed that some people are restructure proof? Fear does not grip their body at the mention of that word. They never leave. They never get demoted. They are important to the company.

 

This reminds me of a story. Please excuse me; we are a training company, so there is always a story.

 

A big corporation hired several cannibals. “You are all part of our team now,” said the HR manager during the welcome briefing. “You get all the usual benefits and you can go to the cafeteria for something to eat, but please don’t eat any of the other employees.

 

The cannibals promised they would not.

Great story about the Cannibals and so true.  Making your self an important part of the business is not so hard.  To be honest, its what we should all do anyway.  Being a "doer", respecting co-workers, focusing on building skills not rank and keeping an open mind to change will ensure that you are not in the firing line for the next set of redundancies.

Quest'applicazione prende i dati dal tuo account LinkedIn per estrarre e classificare tutte le informazioni del profilo.

 

Quando inizi ad usarlo, hai la possibilità di editare e modificare uno qualsiasi dei dati che appariranno nel curriculum finale e puoi personalizzare anche i campi pre-impostati che verrano visualizzati.
 

Ci sono circa una dozzina di modelli diversi tra cui scegliere, e la mia prima impressione è che sembrano tutti abbastanza buoni.
 

Il tuo nuovo curriculum può essere condiviso su tutti i principali media sociali e tramite un URL diretto, e può anche essere salvato ed esportato in formato PDF.
 

Trovo Resume Builder di LinkedIn un ottimo strumento per creare un curriculum aggiornato e dall'aspetto professionale, in una manciata di secondi.
 

PS: Ci possono essere alcuni problemi d'impaginazione, come vedrai durante l'esportazione in PDF, ma questi possono essere aggirati facilmente.

Sono sicuro che ci saranno miglioramenti con aggiornamenti futuri.

Stephen Dale I've been following Dion Hinchcliffe for many years as well. You're fortunate to have met him in London. You bring up a very good point about monitoring our every move. As you say, there is a price we will pay one way or another for privacy and time will tell how this will all shake out in the end. I'd love to connect with you again, it's been a while.
