Applying NPS to candidate experience would radically transform how companies source, recruit and hire talent. My experience suggests most HR and Recruiting teams lack the level of sophistication and ability to execute a valid NPS related to candidate experience and, even if they could, there is plenty of evidence those same teams are unable to interpret the data/information and then apply it in the real world.
