Ingredients

For the rolls:
7 grams (2¼ teaspoons) dry yeast
60 ml (1/4 cup) water, lukewarm
375 grams ( 3 cups+ 1½ tablespoon) all-purpose flour, divided
50 grams (1/4 cup) granulated sugar
½ teaspoon salt
80 ml (1/3 cup) low-fat milk (you can use full fat milk)
40 grams (3 tablespoons) butter, melted
2 eggs, room temperature
For the filling:
20 grams (1½ tablespoon) butter, melted
50 grams (1/4 cup) granulated sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
To brush:
7 grams (1/2 tablespoon) butter, melted
1 tablespoons granulated sugar mixed with ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
For the cinnamon glaze:
80 grams(1/2 cup) icing sugar (powdered sugar)
2 tablespoons water
½ teaspoon cinnamon

Hot fudge, warm enough to drizzle
