All SEO is not equal. Cheap SEO does cheap things and the results will show it. Good SEO does better things and gets good results. Great SEO does the right things and gets great results - but it costs a lot more because it requires more knowledge, thought, innovation, creativity and smarter (not necessarily harder) work.
