FLAGLAR COUNTY, Fla. — Officials in Flagler County Beach are trying to solve a marijuana mystery after large packages were collected from an apparent drug smuggling boat on Monday.
There are still pounds of drugs washing up on the shore, but authorities said they don't know where it all came from.
Nearly 150 pounds of marijuana were on board the boat that capsized near Jacksonville earlier this month, and apparently floated south.
As the bricks of marijuana started washing ashore on Beverly Beach beachgoers dove into the choppy surf to help Florida Fish and Wildlife officers bring the drugs in.
Skywitness 9HD was over the scene near A1A on Monday afternoon...
