I was unable to find out details about this house, but it qualified based on several of my criteria.
Take notice of the lovely textures of the brick walls, presented fully painted and with lovely, aged (authentic?) appearance. The floors and ceilings are wonderful wide planks, and the rustic crossbeams highlight and contrast with the painted wood above.
The important details of the bathroom and kitchen are given top priority, the homeowners are not roughing it in any way.
There are a number of images, more then usual, so enjoy my wonderful fans of the Raw and Real side of Interior Design.
