OneWire Maxim DS1820/DS18S20//DS18B20 are very popular Thermometers, and for good reason. Multiple thermometers can be connected and even powered by only 2 wires. I already posted Instructable on how to connect and read OneWire thermometer here. Each OneWire Thermometer has a unique address. When you connect one Thermometer, you don't need to know or use this address, however when you connect multiple thermometers, you need the address in order to be able to know from which thermometer the data arrives. Here I will show you how you can get the OneWire address of the thermometer with Visuino. In the following instructables, I will show you how you can use this address to specify from which thermometer to read data when multiple thermometers are connected to a single Arduino pin. Please note that the annotation on some of the pictures in this Instructable will work correctly on some browsers only after you click ...

A little bit of trivia. Back in June15 at MakerFaire Shenzhen, yours truly was sitting in the same row with the real mccoy https://twitter.com/ceo_espressif whom created the ESP8266, listening to the real arduino https://twitter.com/mbanzi giving a keynote on the yet to be released Genuino, and not forgetting yours truly getting his paws on the newly released nodeMCU v1.0 (black) http://shin-ajaran.blogspot.sg/2015/09/stream-iot-... from "zhao zhong 赵总" at a very competitive price.ESP32 was featured on MAKE, Hackaday, and Adafruit.
