Visuino: Fingerprint Sensor With Nextion Display | Raspberry Pi | Scoop.it

visuino software weblinkHiThis time I came up with an hybrid programming project ( traditional Arduino code programming and visuino programming).HMI display are always hectic to program. There are many Display options for adding graphical user interface to Arduino boards. Most of them however require considerable amount of memory, and processing time, and are not suitable for Arduino boards with limited memory, and processing power such as Arduino UNO or Arduino Nano.

Fixing Bootloader on Arduino Leonardo - ProMicro With USBasp

Fixing Bootloader on Arduino Leonardo - ProMicro With USBasp | Raspberry Pi | Scoop.it
I have been using instructables for lots of projects, now is my turn to contribute. Here is a problem that I've seen a lot "My Arduino is Loosing its Code After a Power Cicle", well let's fix that. I had a USPasp laying arround from one time that I flashed my Turnigy 9x with OpenTX, and my recently bought arduino Leonardo was loosing the program when plugged in the power bank. In my research I found this solution installing arduino bootloader, this tutorial may work for you if you don't have a USBasp. In general this hole thing is very simple to solve so don't worry! Let's see the steps.

QUATTRO - the Arduino Quadruped Robot

QUATTRO - the Arduino Quadruped Robot | Raspberry Pi | Scoop.it
Hi guys! Here's a spider robot that we had made for the 2016 science fair which was held at our school. Well, you can't technically call it a "spider robot" as spiders have 8 legs, but we atleast tried to make it look like a spider (or maybe spider like) . Our robot has four legs, so the correct term would be a quadruped. Well guys say hello to "Quattro", a non lethal, arduino quadruped! Here is an instructable on how we made her, taking you through the building process, getting to the programming and finally admiring the robot come to life once its finally done :) . Watch the video to get an idea of what it will finally look like, the problems we encountered and how we solved it and improved it.Before going to the next step please note that a laser cutter has been used in the makin

Automatic Control Hub for Mattress Heaters

Automatic Control Hub for Mattress Heaters | Raspberry Pi | Scoop.it
We have electric 3 mattress heaters at home. Each is turned on/off by a momentary push button. It takes ~30 min to warm up and we always forget to turn them on in time. Timed electrical outlet doesn’t work, only pushing the button turns a heater on or off.I came up with the following design to allow both automatic switching at desired times and manual override. In general this system can be used for remote control of various home devices turned on/off by toggle or momentary switches. User interface is implemented as a simplistic web server. It’s certainly a reinvention of the wheel, but I just used this as an excuse to tinker with RaspberryPi, Arduino and wireless communication modules :)
