it is the first B2C media from AFP in partnership with Radio France. An iPad application, both personalized and innovative, which combines the best of France Info, France Inter, France Culture and AFP on the presidential and legislative elections.

The application, France 2012, relies on Trendsboard technology, a semantic algorithm that analyzes and prioritizes the real-time content of Radio France and AFP based on the conversations shared over the Internet.

With this technology, the user can control his information through three filters (political and campaign issues, candidates, and soon geolocation), just as in a video game. It presents the best content of these two major media groups - text, photos, audio and video - in a format each user can personalize in his or her own way.

Earlier this month Absolute Radio, as part of its ad campaign Faces For Radio, ran a Promoted Trends and Promoted Tweets campaign on Twitter, designed to promote its no repeat guarantee pledge, showing off the range of music it plays throughout the day.
Using the popular hashtag #nowplaying, which is used by Twitter users to show what song they are playing (whether using Spotify, iTunes, Radio or physical formats), Absolute Radio presenters asked listeners throughout the day to tweet using #nowplaying, @absoluteradio and also the song playing to be able to win a prize.

 

The activity drove over 76,000 tweets using the @absoluteradio Twitter handle that day

Journalisme 1.0 (médias traditionnels) + Journalisme 2.0 (médias sociaux) = Journalisme 3.0 C’est la formule, semble-t-il gagnante, tentée depuis un an par la radio publique suédoise pour sauver le journalisme, a révélé vendredi, à Londres, la directrice de Sveriges Radio (3 stations nationales et 27 locales).

 

Cette réinvention est d’abord passée par la diffusion des programmes sur Spotify (+110.000 auditeurs en un mois) et autres plateformes de distribution web comme iTunes, la création d’un player audio, qui avec les contenus de la radio ont été mis à la disposition des autres médias, y compris des concurrents.

 

Puis le nouveau rôle des « journalistes 3.0 » a été défini lors d’un séminaire de deux jours où les propositions de la rédaction ont rejoint celles de la direction. Un guide a été mis en ligne (Qu’est ce que le journalisme ? Qui est journaliste ? …) et le débat s’est enrichi.

Voici la tribune qu'ils cosignent pour expliquer l'ambition de leur démarche.
« Il s'agit de faire changer le regard porté sur les plus pauvres, d'interpeller nos candidats à la fonction suprême sur la condition des membres les plus fragiles de notre population, de les pousser à prendre position sur nombre de situations qui font scandale : difficulté voire impossibilité à se loger décemment, à s'alimenter correctement, à donner une éducation solide à ses enfants, à se soigner... »

Spotify CEO Daniel Ek announced on Wednesday during an Ad Age Digital conference in New York City that it is partnering with companies such Coca-Cola and will build branded apps for them within the music platform. The music-streaming service held its own press event hours later to further discuss the partnership with Coca-Cola.


“We are taking the music agenda to the next level with Coca-Cola,” Ek told attendees. “This is a huge milestone for us. This will bring awareness to more people around the world about Spotify and enable them to share music with family and friends.”

Although some expected a Spotify iPad app launch at the press event, Ek said it wouldn’t debut today.

“It’s in the works,” Ek said. “Today’s focus is on our partnership with Coca-Cola.”

Coca-Cola will not only use Spotify as the key underlying technology to support its music strategy, it will integrate the service into its Facebook presence and Timeline. The team will also be dedicated global partners in 2013 for a new campaign to be unveiled later in the year.

Emmanuel Seuge, head of global sports and entertainment marketing at Coca-Cola, noted that the move is a strategic partnership more than an advertising deal.

“This is not an advertising deal and we don’t disclose the amount of investment anyway,” Seuge said. “This is more of a strategic partnership. Our logo is important, but we want to be a part of the conversation with music fans. We are going to push our content more than our logo.”
