le régime équilibre  est la base  d'une santé  certaine ,mais cela n'a l'air suffisant  et il est nécessaire d'avoir un mental tout aussi solide ,et une situation financière  positive  etc etc  . World economic forum : round the world, one in eight people go to bed hungry every night despite there being enough food for everyone. Overconsumption, misuse of resources and waste are common elements of a system that leaves hundreds of millions without enough to eat.
