BANK CHARGES UK

BANK CHARGES

Angela Sinclaire Mizel's insight:

 Bank charges:

If you're finding that you are having bank charges on your account then it might be unlawful if you receive certain benefits. If you are being unlawfully charged then you can tell your bank to stop.

Call them up and make a complaint in the first instance. Then if nothing is done, submit a written complaint telling them that they're not helping you.

Keep notes of who you talk to. Most banks refund a first bank charge once a year. Be clear, concise and tell them what you want. Know your rights.
